Yes, our dresses are designed to fit true to size. Each product page includes the model's height and size worn for reference.

Where do you ship from?

We ship from North Carolina, USA. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

How long does delivery take?

Standard shipping: 3-5 business days within the USA. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! Free shipping on all orders over $65. Orders under $65 have a flat shipping rate of $6.99.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We offer free 30-day returns on all items. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

How do I start a return?

Email omviestores@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will send you a prepaid return label within 24 hours.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your returned item.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders can be changed or cancelled within 2 hours of placing them. Email omviestores@gmail.com immediately with your order number.
